If an individual wants a sexy hair, does it continuously indicate that the saloon is the solution? The answer in no. You can always get that sexy hair without even going out of your house. You don’t require using up hours and hours in a beauty parlor for your hair to get done. You can even do it on your own.

With the basic hair products such as good shampoos and conditioners and with the help of simple styling tools such as portable hair dryers, there’s already so much that you can do. If you know what works with your hair, you can style it anyway you want to even with just a few minutes. You just have to know how your hair reacts to heat; extreme weather conditions, styling tools and products, and you can now tweak your hair for a quick fix to suit any occasion.

First stop is washing your hair. This should be done on a regular basis as the hair easily catches dirt as you go along with your day. Depending on your hair type, you can either apply shampoo everyday, or try not to use it everyday as over washing can also damage the hair. You can always utilize conditioner to moisturize your tresses on days that you can’t make use of shampoo. Conditioners have to be used on the tips and strands of the hair to present it a shine while shampoo should be applied on the scalp site for cleansing. You need too massage your scalp to make it healthier while you utilize shampoo or conditioner.

Every time dry your hair with a towel after washing. But as you squeeze off water from your hair, try not to rub your hair against each other as this may cause your hair to tangle and break. You should also avert twisting your hair within the towel and leaving it for a long time because this may generate your hair to become frizzy in the long run. What you should do, is just towel off excess water such that drops won’t keep falling while you dry your hair.

While your hair is still a little wet, you can use Babyliss hair dryer to dry your hair. But when you do this, you shouldn’t use the blower excessively as too much heating will damage your hair. You should only use the portable hair dryer to remove moisture by 75-90% and leave the other 10% moisture to evaporate on its own.

You should always invest in good brushes and remember to brush your hair every once in a while to keep it from tangling. Always keep a wide-tooth comb in your dresser or bag which you can use for detangling. You can also use your fingers to do this, starting always from the tips of your hair. You should always invest in a good brush which you can use to comb your hair gently. And lastly, you shouldn’t forget to invest in hair accessories such as headband, pins, or ponytails to help hold your hair when needed, or simply to add style.

After everything, that last thing you should do before leaving the house is the styling process. If you want to leave your hair down, you can add little volume with the help of Babyliss hair dryers. It can help you achieve the right direction for your hair so it won’t fly away and it will look tame and manageable which is sexy.

There are 10 levels of hair color to date. The levels range from the darkest shade to the lightest—from black to light platinum blonde. There are also different types of hair dye you can choose from depending on your hair type and choice of hair style. It pays to know these things because the right hair treatment will determine your hair’s look and health, post-styling.

There are basically 5 types of dyes you can apply on your hair. The first one is the permanent type. Products under this type give complete coverage. It uses compounds of peroxide and ammonia. Improper application of permanent hair dye may cause skin irritation or slight burning so make sure you avail the help of your professional Hair Salon . Maintenance of permanent hair dye is fairly easy. Maintain permanent hair color by getting a color correction treatment as soon your roots start showing. Try Paul Mitchell’s The Color that provides conditioning and shine. For maintenance, try Paul Mitchell’s Color Protect line of shampoo, conditioner and spray.

The second type of hair dye is semi-permanent. It has no peroxide; only ammonia. It has a developer compound to make the color last longer. In order to make it last longer. Demi-permanent dyes, the third type, uses small volumes of peroxide and little or no ammonia. It also has a slow fading effect which is a good thing because you can avoid demarcations on your hair.

The semi-temporary and temporary have the least amounts of ammonia. The semi-temporary dye promises about three-quarters of coverage and hardly poses harm to your hair. It lasts for about 1 to 4 weeks, depending on your shampooing frequency. The last type is , of course, is the easiest to rinse off. It lasts only for a day or two with no threat to your hair, so if you’re the type that shifts hair color as often as you change your clothes, then this is the way to go.

Now, streaks, highlights, and low lights can be achieved during the color correction process. Highlights enhance your hair style by adding texture and dimension. Streaks and low lights make hair color look more natural because it adds depth. Getting color and a hair cut at the same time may just be the tune-up you need to lift your whole look.

To make all those colors last longer, regular color therapy and hair treatment should be given to hair. Investing on color care products is a cost-effective way to keep hair healthy and maintain a fresh-looking hair style. Moisture and luster is often lost after a hair color treatment, which is why it is important to nurture your hair by regular conditioning. Paul Mitchell’s line of color therapy products and TIGI’s offering of color-friendly styling tools are highly recommended by professional hair stylists.

COW’S LICK

(when the hair flick up)

Do not try to style the hair with a fine wispy fringe coming forwards the hair will keep jumping, leaving a parting on the growth patterns. Do style the hair with a heavy fringe or asymmetrical fringe on the opposite side to weigh the jump down. Or take the hair back off the face in the direction of the jump.

WIDOW’S PEAK

The hair comes down to a point on the forehead in a ‘V’ shape.

Do not style the hair over to one side with a side parting as it will give the appearance of missing hair in the temple area. Style either with a wispy fringe coming forward or sweep the hair back off the forehead. Hair can be dressed in a middle parting if long.

DOUBLE CROWN

The hair grows in circles in different directions on the crown, causing that hair to stick up when it is short.

Do not style the hair in the opposite direction to the growth as the hair will revert back to its natural tendencies in moist conditions or within a few days.

Do style the hair in the direction of the hair growth. Use the crown to add volume and height to the hairstyle.

With all the new hair products on the market, it can sometimes be difficult or even down right confusing to try to understand which styling and care products are right for your hair. The decision does not have to be difficult. Learning what each type of product can do will make hair styling a lot easier and fun. Most products work well for hair for both men and women, but recently more companies have started men’s exclusive hair styling lines to encourage men to use products to keep their hair looking tip top.

Be cautious when purchasing hair care products to avoid products that contain high levels of alcohol which might dry out your hair. In addition, stop using any products or combinations of products that appear to dry out your hair or scalp or cause an itchy sensation or flaky scalp conditions.

The first products you should use on your hair are shampoo and conditioner, and it is important to use good quality products. They add moisture to your hair and help the hair deal with the drying effects of the styling products that you will be applying later.

Mousses and root volumizers are lightweight products designed specifically to add volume. Mousse is applied as foam directly to the length of the hair, and root volumizer is usually a liquid or spray applied to the root area of the hair only. A round brush and a blow drier are then used to build in volume and height.

Hair gels are generally a firmer hold styling product than a mousse. Many gels are used to give a slicked back appearance to the hair if applied to dry hair, or used as a general styling product if applied to damp or wet hair. Many gels also contain shine enhancers and come in different colors to match or enhance your hair.

Pomades, crèmes, molding pastes or fiber gums are finishing products used to hold hair in place. These products are usually applied after the hair is dried and styled. They are rubbed on the hands and finger combed through the hair to give definition, pull individual hairs down or into place, or used to spike hair up or add volume directly to the roots. Many of these products have shine enhancers to give a nice finish to your style. These products also often have moisturizers and conditioners to nourish your hair throughout the day. Pomades and other firm styling products are used both on long and short hair, depending on the style.

Finish creams are essential for taming fly aways and leaving a healthy shine to your hair. They are rubbed into the hands, and then gently slicked over the hair to give luster and natural sleekness to your hair. Like most other products there are finish creams and anti frizz products that are specific to different hair colors.

The final product most people use is a good quality, flexible hair spray or spritz. Depending on the style you are trying to achieve, either firm hold or gentle hold spray will work best. For updos and long hair a firmer hold is generally needed, whereas softer curls and shorter hair may be fine with a light hold spray or spritz.

Whatever your hairstyle may be, try experimenting with a few new products to discover new hairstyling possibilities. You may be amazed with the results and surprised at the ease of styling. Remember that with most of these products less is more, and avoid overusing any product as this may distract from the natural beauty of your hair.
