How to protect your hair from Chlorine?
A tip from professional swimmer – wear a swimming hat! If you do not have one, rinse your hair with sparkling water after you have finished swimming. It will wash out most of harmful chlorine that you gained in the pool. You will need just 0.5l of sparkling water for short hair, whereas longer will require at least 1l. Try it out and you will experience the difference!
Did you know that Chinese women tend to dry their hair using natural silk cloth? It is believed that this smooth fabric gently polishes and adds more shine to your hair.
