Perfect blonde hair color

Glamour up in 20 minutes

A professional look you can actually get yourself in five steps…

  • Start blow-dry with adding a product into towel-dried hair. If you have fine hair, try a volume spray or mousse (Aveda – Volumizing tonic, Sebastian Stylixir-natural hold flexi-styler, Sebastian Thickefy Foum-weightless thickener. Either way, always use a heat protection (Sebastian Trilliant – thermal protection and shimmer complex, Aveda damage control spray).
  • Blast-dry your hair until it’s 80% dry. Depending on the thickness, this should take five to ten minutes. Then take big sections of hair and, using a metal brush, start to smooth the sections, working from underneath.
  • For volume, pull strands away from the head as you go. For a sleek, flat blow-dry, work downwards all the way through. Make sure the nozzle is on the dryer so you have more control.
  • Run a hot iron over the top layers to smooth them. Add finishing product from the mid-length to ends (Sebastian Liquid Gloss de-frizz polishing drops.
  • If you have fly-aways on the top, spritz a little hairspray (Sebastian Shine Define –shine and flexible hold hairspray) onto a paddle brush and lightly flatten the roots and crown.

Tip: if you have curlier, thicker hair, take slightly smaller sections when drying.
